H Frame
The H frame is a little similar to the B frame, it is supported by support beams under the head of the frame of the heads can go straight into the walls of the tower. The truss is like an upside down O frame with straight braces. One of the most interesting examples of H frame in the country is at Coldwaltham, St Giles. It is dated from around 1246.
At the bottom is a another support beam which rungs along all the pits of the bells (or singular bell) acting like a large sill.
