Old Holbrook, Park House

Holbrook Park House has a single bell hung in a short tower. It was built in 1846 to an Italian design, that was close to going out of fashion around the time it was built. The bell tower is mostly made of brick. The tower like the rest of the house is Italian in style.

1 Bell
The single bell was cast by William I Eldridge in 1696 and features a conventional canon. It is only inscribed with the date using cut out wax numerals

It is hung for swing chime using a full wheel, and is strapped to a wooden headstock. The bell is hung in a cast iron frame fixed to all piers of the tower.
