Warminghurst, Holy Sepulchre

Warminghurst has a single bell hung in a west-facing turret. The church is said to date back to the 11th century, and could be the second church mentioned in the Doomsday book under Steyning, due to its early connectioned with the daughter manor house there to the Norman abbey of Féchamp. The belfry is tiled and has a shingled spire, dating back to around c1150.
